ARKAITZ MENDOZA RODRIGUEZ – Piano
With a degree in Piano, Organ and Music History from the Conservatories of San Sebastian, Bayona and the University of La Rioja, he expands his knowledge with two master’s degrees: Cultural Management and Orchestra Conducting in Alcalá de Henares and Madrid.
Repertorist pianist professor at Musikene and at the “Francisco Escudero” Professional Conservatory of San Sebastian, he is passionate about chamber music and has collaborated with numerous artists in different cycles nationwide. He is also a collaborating pianist with the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra, founder and musical director of Kamerata EusKdivarius, a group with which he is performing the 9 Symphonies of Ludwig van Beethoven during this year 2020 and a founding member of the Easo Trio together with the soprano Miren Urbieta- Vega and the trumpetist Erlantz Fernandez.
He has released his first solo piano album: “La noche flexible”, merging Frédéric Chopin’s “Nocturnos” with the poetry of the Basque writer Harkaitz Cano.
