Ezlbieta Warcaba, soprano

She graduated from the Conservatorio Claudio Monteverdi in Cremona. Moreover, she successfully completed both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in operatic singing at the Stanislaw Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdansk, Poland. Meanwhile, she participated in a year-long Erasmus programme in Ferrara. She attended the Fryderyk Chopin Music School in Warsaw, Poland, where she received a diploma in the musical arts with distinction.

She refined her skills at the Accademia Verdiana 2024 at the Teatro Regio di Parma (Advanced Course in Verdian Repertoire) under the guidance of Maestra Silvia Dalla Benetta.

Recently, she made her debut as Tosca (Tosca, G. Puccini) in Busseto (Italy) and as Lady Macbeth (Macbeth, G. Verdi) in a concert version of the opera at Verdi Off 2024 in Parma. She also participated in concerts during the 2024 Verdi Festival.

She has collaborated with various prominent figures in the Italian opera scene, including Francesco Izzo, Riccardo Zanellato, and Sebastiano Rolli.  She was a finalist in the 60th International Voci Verdiane Competition in Busseto. In previous years, she was a semifinalist in the 17th International Competition “Cappuccilli – Patané – Respighi.” She was also a finalist in the Second International Rita Gorr Lyric Competition in Ghent, Belgium, and in the Santa Gianna Beretta Molla International Opera Competition. She won the 2nd prize in the XXVII International Competition for Lyric Singers “Spazio Musica” and the “In Memoriam Lara Castelli” award. She participated in the first edition of the Rai 3 International Competition “La Barcaccia. Largo ai giovani,” performing live in concert on the Rai 3 programme “Voci in Barcaccia. Largo ai giovani.”

She has sung at international festivals in Cremona (Italy) and Hel (Poland), where she also debuted in the role of Santuzza (Cavalleria Rusticana, Mascagni). She has participated in numerous concerts and recitals in Poland and Italy.
