Vasily Anatolyevich Sokolov
Graduated from the 5th Music School of Arts with a degree in Academic Vocals in the class of teacher Ekaterina Maksimenko
In 2011, he entered Irkutsk College of Music named after F. Chopin.
In 2013, he took the Grand Prix at Olga Sosnovskaya’s international competition.
In 2015, he graduated from Irkutsk College of Music named after F. Chopin, majoring in academic vocals in Nadezhda Vasilyeva’s class.
In 2016, he finished his military service at the Alexandrov Ensemble and entered the work there.
In 2017, he was hired by the Boris Pokrovsky Chamber Music Theatre.
In 2018, there was a merger with the Bolshoi Theatre.
Since 2018, he has been the soloist of the Chamber Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
2018 winner of the 1st prize at the Natalia Spiller competition.
2019 winner of 3 prizes at the Ivanovo contest in Moscow Tver.
2019 laureate of the prize of the Board of Trustees of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
2021 winner of the 4 awards of the „Vinias“ contest in Barcelona.
2021 winner of the 1st prize at the international competition „opera Bella“ in Moscow.
